The Philosophy

Enodav Wine Co. exists at the intersection of Old World reverence and Washington State terroir.

Our philosophy is grounded in discipline and restraint:

  • Craft wines of structure, age-worthiness, and balance

  • Source vineyards that express place rather than power

  • Produce in limited quantities with intention, not volume

  • Allow varietal character and site to speak clearly

We are not chasing trends. We are building legacy.

Enodav focuses on classic European varieties that thrive in Washington’s diverse AVAs. Our wines emphasize structure, natural acidity, layered aromatics, and restrained oak influence — crafted for serious collectors and thoughtful restaurant programs.

We believe Washington possesses the climate and structure necessary to produce wines of precision and depth comparable to Europe’s great regions — while maintaining a distinct

A 100% Family-Owned & Operated Winery

Enodav Wine Co. is proudly 100% family owned and operated. Every aspect of the winery — vineyard sourcing, production, finance, hospitality, and brand design — is directed by the Rodriguez family.

This structure allows for authentic decision-making, long-term consistency, and a unified brand vision without outside investor pressure. Our growth is intentional, disciplined, and aligned with generational thinking.

How It Started

Enodav Wine Co. was born from a dual passion: winemaking and long-term vision.

Founded in Washington State, the project began with the desire to create wines rooted in craftsmanship and guided by entrepreneurial discipline. From the beginning, the goal was not simply to produce wine — but to build a brand defined by integrity, story, and consistency.

The name “Enodav” reflects personal identity and long-term commitment. From crush to bottle, each lot is handled with direct family oversight. Vineyard sourcing is deliberate. Production remains small. Distribution relationships are built to last.

Growth has been measured — maintaining quality and exclusivity while scaling responsibly in key markets.
