Our goal is to produce wines that have a true sense of place.
After spending some time in Law School in Mexico (following my dad’s steps) and then in Music School, I decided to take my life to a whole different scenario: I decided I wanted to make wine. As it is, I left Tijuana (my hometown) to pursue a degree in Enology in Mendoza, Argentina. After two years I went back and in 2017 I left again, but now to the beautiful State of Washington. #PNW. While still working on my degree, now at Washington State University, I began working in some of the best Yakima Valley vineyards. Helping farm 12 vineyard sites and 29 different varieties. I cannot deny it, it has been an awesome learning journey.
Mixed in this chronology, my personal project, Enodav Wine Co. was established in 2018. Now we are making around 3,000 cases per year.
We are beyond excited about the future.
